What is eSign?
eSign is a tool to send out documents and collect electronic signatures. This feature is developed in-house by System One and is fully integrated with the rest of the application.
Document life cycle
Every document goes through a number of steps.
The user can define the signatories and add PDFs from different sources. these PDFs combined form the final document that needs to be signed.
A designated reviewer can perform a final check before the document is sent out for signature.
Out for signature
Invitations are sent out. Signatories can access the final document via a unique link.
When all signatures are collected, the signatories are notified and they will receive a final version of the signed document.
